This charming vintage figurine features a stylized child with wide eyes, vibrant red lips, and a playful expression, seated and holding a detailed pineapple. Likely produced in the mid-20th century (circa 1950s–1960s), this piece reflects the whimsical, cartoon-like design popular in post-war export ceramics, particularly those made in Japan.

Though there is no maker’s mark, a faded patch on the base suggests it once had a paper or foil “Made in Japan” label. Crafted from ceramic or chalkware-like material with a glossy finish, this collectible is a striking example of Black Americana and kitsch memorabilia from the era.
