This seventh collection of glorious images from the Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition contains all 134 winning and shortlisted entries for 2018. Organised by the Royal Observatory Greenwich, sponsored by Insight Investment and partnered with BBC Sky at Night Magazine, the competition receives entries from photographers all around the world. With a foreword by Chris Lintott, co-presenter of the BBC’s The Sky at Night and a professor of astrophysics at the University of Oxford, this volume features more incredible views of our Universe, from auroral lightshows, eclipses and meteors to star clusters, nebulae and distant galaxies.
