Crassulas in Cultivarion by Vera Higgins
THERE ARE MANY CRASSULAS in cultivation, some of them so well known that they are to be found in florist's shops: indeed they are often kept as house plants. People who specialise in succulent plants generally acquire a number of crassulas, amongst the other genera, but there is a certain amount of confusion in the names, and the botanical works that must be consulted to verify these names are not always helpful to the non-botanist. In this book the species most likely to be found in cultivation are listed alphabetically, and a short description given, accompanied by an illustration, either in colour or line, which many people will find easier to recognise than a written description.
