VANISHING EAGLES by Philip Burton
Trevor Boyer is one of Britain's foremost illustrators of Birdlife. Born in the West Riding of Yorkshire thirtytwo years ago, his interest in ornithology started when he was at school. At the age of fourteen he won a place to study at the Wakefield School of Art. After his formal art training he worked as a commercial artist for nine years.
This experience was invaluable to him when he decided to spread his own wings as a freelance artist. Since then he has illustrated bird books for major international publishers, but his most outstanding work to date is the posters commissioned by Star Eagle Insurance Group which form part of this book.
