Numismatics is the study and collecting of coins, and it is co-owner Rob's own field, so it is a category we take seriously. Here you will find South African coins across the eras, from Union of South Africa issues to Krugerrands, along with medals, banknotes and numismatic reference books. Whether you collect by year, by type or for the metal, coin value comes down to rarity, condition and grade, a coin in uncirculated or proof condition is a very different thing to a worn one. Rob is a member of the Pietermaritzburg Numismatic Society and the SA Coin Collectors Club and a regular contributor to Numista, so if you have coins you would like identified or valued, you are in good hands. We are based in Howick, KZN, and new numismatic stock comes in regularly. Browse the collection, or bring your coins in and let us take a look.
