Published by ZEMA in 2011, this richly illustrated hardcover explores the remarkable wildlife of the Zimbali Coastal Resort in KwaZulu-Natal, covering birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects and other fauna native to the region.
This copy of A Guide to the Fauna of Zimbali is especially desirable as it has been warmly inscribed and signed by Geoff Nichols on the title page, dated 13 April 2011. The book is filled with excellent colour photography and would appeal to collectors of South African natural history, KwaZulu-Natal wildlife, Zimbali memorabilia and signed Africana.
The glossy illustrated boards remain very good and the interior is clean and bright. A lovely signed association copy of an uncommon South African wildlife title.
